Monday - Friday Telegram support to keep you accountable and on track towards your goals.
You can also use Telegram as a sounding board for your challenges and wins that arise between calls.
Once a month I run an online sacred circle for you to connect with other women and be guided through a healing meditation and journaling by me which you have access to both live and the replay.
One a month I also facilitate an online healing that alternates between Reiki and Breathwork which you have access to both live and the replay.
PLUS you get access to all of my Masterclasses and Programs during your coaching container.
